Data Processing Notice

Ophyra is a SaaS platform operated from South Florida, United States. Users outside the United States acknowledge that their data may be processed in the United States and by service providers that support the platform.

Processing Purposes

We process data to create accounts, operate business workspaces, provide paid modules, support customers, secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, manage billing and improve the service.

International Transfers

Data may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from the United States. We use service providers for hosting, payments, email, cloud storage, security and support where necessary to operate Ophyra.

Business Owner Responsibility

Business owners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights and notices for personal information they upload or manage inside their Ophyra workspace.

Approximate Location for Pricing

Ophyra may use approximate country information from request headers, billing information or browser language to display local pricing when available. We do not require precise browser geolocation for pricing.
